We aim to keep our website and online ordering information accurate, but some items may vary depending on seasonality, ingredient availability, production, store operations or customer demand.
Current prices may be shown on our website, online ordering page, enquiry responses, in-store menu, or confirmed directly by our team.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an order, booking, price or availability until La Viennese has reviewed and accepted the request.
Online ordering
Some products may be available for online pre-order through our online ordering provider. That provider may apply its own checkout, payment and transaction terms.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, pickup and order information.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss a replacement, change, refund or other suitable option.
Orders, enquiries and custom requests
Some products may be available for online pre-order, while others may require an enquiry first.
Custom cakes, gelato cart bookings, catering, special requests and some seasonal items are subject to confirmation by our team.
We may need to contact you to confirm details, availability, pricing, pickup timing, event requirements, dietary requirements or other important information before accepting or preparing an order.
Fresh, custom and perishable products
Many of our products are fresh, perishable, made to order, custom prepared or produced in limited quantities.
Once preparation has started, changes, cancellations or refunds may be limited, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Prepared pickup orders may only be held for a limited time due to food safety and product quality. Uncollected orders may be discarded at the store's discretion and may not be eligible for a refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Cakes, events and special orders
Cake orders, gelato cart bookings, catering, event bookings and other special orders are handled by enquiry unless otherwise stated.
Lead times, deposits, payment arrangements, delivery or pickup details, event requirements and cancellation terms may vary depending on the request and will be discussed or confirmed with you before the order or booking is accepted.
Pricing and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be handled according to the price agreed or paid at the time of confirmation, unless a clear error has occurred.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Customers are responsible for telling La Viennese about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements before ordering.

La Viennese is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect contact details, incorrect pickup information, incomplete event details, or failure to respond to follow-up communication.

All website content, including text, images, branding, logo files, layout and design elements, belongs to La Viennese or its licensors and must not be copied, reused or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, La Viennese is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, online ordering, or customer enquiries.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
